Introduction

With a HoneyBook/Prismm integration:

1. Manage floor plans and connect clients in Prismm directly to HoneyBook.

2. Manage venue bookings through your Prismm account.

Set up integration

1. Create accounts for HoneyBook and Prismm.

2. Sign in to your HoneyBook account.

3. In the top navigation:
   a. Select the option Tools.
   b. Select the menu option Integrations. 

   

4. Scroll down to the Prismm integration card (right side).
   a. Select the button Connect.

   

   b. In the pop-up, enter your Prismm login credentials.

   

   An account connection notification appears (close the pop-up [upper right corner]).

   

Create project

In the top navigation:

1. Select the option Projects.

2. Select the button Create a New Project.

   

   The project appears as:

   

Add Prismm floor plan to HoneyBook project

(Note: Add floor plans via desktop and mobile web [e.g., the Safari app on an iPhone]; however, floor plans cannot be added via the HoneyBook app.)

1. Select a project.

   

2. Select the option Activity.

3. In the menu to the right, select option Prismm floor plans.
   (Note: if a Prismm account isn't already connected, select the button Connect Now and log into the account.)

   

4. Decision: From the drop-down menu, select an existing Prismm event with a floor plan.
   (Note: In Prismm, for the floor plan, ensure the Share link is turned on.)

   

   (Note: After adding a floor plan to your HoneyBook project, the system will automatically share the floor plan with the client (turned on by default [optionally turn off]).

   

5. Select the button Add Floor Plan.

   

6. Decision: Or to create a new Prismm event and floor plan with custom dimensions:

   a. From the drop-down menu, select the option Create New.

   

   b. In the next window, add the event information and select the button Create Event.

   

   c. In Prismm, create the floor plan (and ensure the associated Share link is turned on).

Share floor plan automatically

After adding a Prismm floor plan to your HoneyBook project, the system will automatically share the floor plan with the client (turned on by default [optionally turn off]. See Add Prismm floor plan to HoneyBook project, Step 4, second note.).

Share floor plan manually

If not sharing automatically, to share the floor plan manually:

1. In the HoneyBook project space, in the menu to the right, select the option Prismm floor plans.

2. Next to the floor plan, select the more menu.

3. Select the option Share with client.

   

4. Select the button Confirm.

   

5. Optionally, in the project space, send the client a message (client receives email containing the floor plan).

View floor plans

1. In the project space, view the floor plan through the the tabs Activity and Files, or in the lower right corner, the link View in Prismm.

2. HoneyBook clients can view the floor plan through the client workspace.
