Import guest list from Excel

Download guest list Excel template

  1. On the page Events, subtab Events, choose an event, in the row, far right side, select the button Select.

  2. In the top level, horizontal navigation, select the tab Guests.

  3. Select the button Got it. Let’s start.

  4. In the upper right corner of the screen, select the button Import Guests.

  5. From the drop-down menu, select the the option Excel.

  6. In the pop-up window Import from Excel, download the Excel template. Select the link download Excel file.

  7. A pop-up window opens, choose a location and save the Excel template.

Add guest list to template

  1. Navigate to the template location and open the template.
    (Note: the Excel template defaults to the tab Guests List and includes two rows with sample information populated).

  2. To add guests to the template, follow the instructions. At the bottom of the Excel template, select the tab Instructions.

  3. Review the instructions.

  4. To return to the guest list, select the tab Guests List.

  5. While unnecessary to populate all information fields, minimally, provide guest names.

  6. Save the file (keep the current file type).

Upload guest list

  1. With your guest list in the Excel template and saved as a new file, upload your guest list to your account.

  2. In the upper right corner of the screen, select the icon Import Guests.

  3. In the pop-up window Import from Excel, select the button Load File.

  4. In the pop-up window Import From Excel, select the button Browse.

  5. Select your newly created guest list Excel file.

  6. Select the button Import.

    Your guest list appears (In the column Linked Events, guests, by default are linked to the event Dinner).

Import guest list from Bizzaboo

  1. From the drop-down menu, select the menu option Bizzabo.

  2. In the pop-up, select the button OK, Import from Bizzabo.

  3. In the drop-down menu, to import a guest list, select a connected event.

  4. Select the button Import Guests.

    Your Bizzabo guest list appears (includes RSVP statusCheck-in status and Linked Events).
    (Note: Expect about a 20-second delay for data to refresh from Bizzabo to Prismm.)

    Guest check-in status also appears under guest Seating.

Add guests individually

  1. Select the applicable new guest information fields.

  2. Add the individual guest’s information.

  3. In the bottom right corner, select the button Add.

    Your guest list appears (In the column Linked Events, guests, by default are linked to the event Dinner).
