Update guest names
- On the page Events, subtab Events, choose an event, in the row, far right side, select the button Select.

In the top level, horizontal navigation, select the tab Guests.
- In the subtab Main, in the guest list, select the guest's name.
- In the pop-up window Edit Guest, update and select the button OK.
Update addresses
-
Select the subtab Address.
- Review and update address information.
Update contact information
-
Select the subtab Contact.
- Review and update contact information.
Manage RSVPs
-
Select the subtab RSVP.
-
For each item, choose:
a. Yes, select the corresponding box one time.
b. No, select the corresponding box two times.
c. Maybe, select the corresponding box three times.
d. Not set (default), leave the corresponding box unselected or select the box four times.
Add meals

Select the subtab Meal.
-
For each guest, assign a meal.
-
From the drop-down menu Linked Event, select an event.

In the column Meal, from the drop-down menu, select from preloaded menu options.

To edit the menu option, select the icon pencil.
-
In the popup window Edit Meal Type, update meal information.

Select the button OK.
-
To remove a meal option, select the icon trash can.

In the pop-up window Delete Meal Type, Select the button OK.
Add comments
-
Select the subtab Comments.
- For each guest, add relevant information.
