Choose a Floorplan

  1. On the page Events, subtab Events, choose an event, in the row, far right side, select the button Select.

  2. In the top level, horizontal navigation, select the tab Seating.

  3. To the left, under the subtab Floorplans, select the icon New Floorplan or to the right (in the design area), select the button New Floorplan.

  4. Choose from prebuilt, scaled floorplans (see Create Events).
    a. Select the button Venue.
    b. Add the Floorplan name.
    c. Under Select Hall, select venue room.
    d. Select the button Done.

    The floorplan appears.

  5. Or create a custom floorplan:
    a. Select the button Custom.
    b. Add a Floorplan name.
    c. Select the floorplan measurement Units (Imperial or Metric).
    d. Select the floorplan Dimensions. 
    e. Select the floorplan Background Color.
    f. Select the button Finish.
