In this article
Add text
- On the page Events, subtab Events, choose an event, in the row, far right side, select the button Select.

Select the tab Seating.

Select a floorplan.

In the top level, horizontal navigation, under the tab Seating, to the left, select the subtab Objects.
- On the Objects toolbar, to add text, select the icon T.

Release and drag the text placeholder to the desired location in the floorplan.

Select again to release the text placeholder, the pop-up window Text appears.
- In the pop-up window Text, add text and determine other text attributes (e.g.: rotation, font size, color, Bold, Underline, Italics).
Add shapes

On the Objects toolbar, select the icon shapes.

From the drop-down menu, select the icon circle or square (the cursor turns into the icon +).

Release and drag the shape placeholder to the desired location in the floorplan.
- Select again to release the shape placeholder, the pop-up window Shape appears.
- In the pop-up window Shape (circle), determine shape attributes (e.g.: shape fill color, rotation, size, text label, font size and color).
- In the pop-up window Shape (square), determine shape attributes (e.g.: shape fill color, rotation, size, text label, font size and color [for custom squares, also upload images and create null zones]).
Add lines and arrows
- On the Objects toolbar, select the icon line or arrow.

Move the cursor to the desired starting point.

Drag to the end point and release.
- To move the line or arrow, select a spot between the ends of the line or arrow and drag the line or arrow to its new location.
Add rulers

On the Objects toolbar, select the icon Ruler.
- From the drop-down menu, select the icon (+).

Move the cursor to the desired measurement starting point.

Drag to the measurement end point and release.
Once the ruler is set, the pop-up window Ruler appears, allowing you to change the length and color of the ruler. - To move the ruler, select a spot between the ends of the ruler and drag the ruler to its new location.
(Note: When floorplans are exported to PDF or printed, rulers are visible.)
