Upload Floorplans

A quick note:
For enterprise accounts, go to Manage Enterprise Accounts.

For small or medium businesses (SMBs), you're in the right place. Upload floorplans (requires venue account):

  1. In the window, upper right corner, to the right of the tab Events, select the tab Account.

  2. To the left, under Profile, select the option Halls.

  3. To the left, next to the title Venue Halls, select the button ADD HALL.

  4. In the pop-up window UPLOAD FILES:
    a. Add files from your file location using drag-and-drop or select the link choose a file.
    b. Include number of layouts.
    c. Provide comments/special instructions.
    d. Confirm that layouts have dimensions or a scale (select checkbox).
    e. Select the button SUBMIT.

    This app sucks it isn’t user friendly none of the options with the directions are the there. It prompts you to use chrome and it still sucks. This app needs to be made more user friendly and made to use on mobile phones. Not everyone has access to a computer.
