If registered as a venue and it's your first time using the platform, upload venue floorplans before creating your first event (see Add floorplan).

On the page Events, subtab Events, to the right, select the button +New Event.

In the pop-up window New Event:
a. In the drop-down menu, select the Event Type.
b. Add an Event name, an Event date and the Expected number of guests.
c. Select the button Create Event.With an event created, the following window appears with new top-level navigation:
- Details - Add vendors (e.g.: planners, caterers and other vendors) to collaborate on events.
- Seating - Create and layout floorplans.
- Guests - Create and manage guest lists.
- Reports - Generate reports for guests and floorplans.
- Events - Return to the list of events.
- Logout - Log out of your accountDefaulting to the tab Details and subtab Vendors (based on the type of account registered under [e.g.: venue]), that information appears:
