Organize Experiences in Folders

Venue Representative:

1. To the left, select the menu option Folders +.

   

2. In the pop-up window Create Folder, add a folder name.

3. Select the button Create.

   

4. In the drop-down menu, select the menu item Move to folder.

   

5. In the pop-up window Move Experience to Folder, select the folder in which to move the experience.

6. Select the button Move.
   (Note: the experience still displays on the main screen).

   

7. To rename the folder, next to Sample Folder, select the button (...).

   

8. In the drop-down menu, select the menu item Rename.
9. In the pop-up window Rename Folder, enter the name.
10. Select the button Rename.

    

11. To delete a folder, next to Sample Folder, select the button (...).

    

12. In the drop-down menu, select the menu item Delete.
13. In the pop-up window Delete Folder, select the button Permanently Delete.
    (Note: Deleting a folder with experiences only removes the folder, the experiences remain on the Experiences page).
