Access venue dashboard

Venue Representative:

Log in into your venue dashboard.

Edit main virtual catalog

Venue Representative

1. To the left, select the menu item Virtual Catalogs.

   

2. Select the card MAIN Prismm Platform (main virtual catalog).

   

Select space

Venue Representative:

1. Select the tab Virtual Catalog Customization.

2. On the left, in venue space thumbnails, select a space.
   (Note: On the right side of the selected thumbnail, appear customization icons.)

   

Edit space

Venue Representative:

1. To edit the space, select the icon pencil (opens to the right of the main view space, Edit Space).

   

2. To upload a new image from your computer, select the button Replace Image.

   

3. To choose a new view of the existing space, select the button Capture Image.
   a. In the 3D view space window, select a new view of the space.
   b. To take a picture, select the icon camera.

   

   

4. To close the sidebar Edit Space, select the (X).

5. Or update images using the Gallery. Select the button (...).

6. From the drop-down menu, choose the menu items:
   a. Capture image.
   b. Edit gallery (or on the bottom left of the 3D main view space, select the icon Gallery).

7. To upload or replace an image or a PDF from your computer, select the menu item Edit gallery or the button Gallery.
   a. Add images or PDFs from your computer (drag-and drop or select the button Upload Media).
   b. To replace existing media, select the button.
   c. To close the Gallery, select the button Exit Gallery.

   

Manage thumbnails

Venue Representative:

1. To show/hide a thumbnail, select the icon Show Media.

   

   

2. To change the order of the thumbnails, on the left side of each thumbnail, drag and drop using the dotted rectangle.

   

Choose space measurement type

Venue Representative:

To choose venue space in metric or imperial, select the button m² or ft².

Add default views for virtual catalog spaces

To provide more impact for each space in your virtual catalog, choose a default, fully designed layout (with objects) that displays automatically when you first select a space. To get started, contact customer support.

Access analytics

To access virtual catalog statistics, select the button Analytics.

Manage preloader background image

Venue Representative:

To add your own background image to display while your virtual catalog loads, contact customer support.

Publish virtual catalog

Venue Representative:

1. To preview virtual catalog changes before publishing, select Preview widget (Virtual Catalog).

   

2. To publish virtual catalog changes, select Publish widget (Virtual Catalog).

   

Manage multiple catalogs

1. To create additional catalogs personalized with different combinations of venue spaces and layouts, select the card + New Virtual Catalog.

   

2. Add a virtual catalog name.

3. Choose at least one space (select + Add spaces).

   

4. To add or remove a space, to the right, move the corresponding slider.

   

5. For each space, choose one or more predefined layouts.

6. To add or remove a layout, in the upper left corner of the card, select/unselect the checkbox.

7. In the lower right corner, select the button Add.

   

8. In the pop-up window, select the button Create.
